Wait...you're "Going out to eat" but you're still expected to eat from your bowl....and this is the first time you're meeting him? Huh. I see red flags in my opinion, but if it's what you agreed to....not sure how to help. Never been in that situation.

Red flags here as well. First meeting should be a chance to get to know each other and become comfortable with each other without any distraction of play. Not to mention, where are you going out that it would be okay to eat and drink from your bowl? Personally, I think that's something that should stay at home. It makes other people uncomfortable, and honestly, would make even me uncomfortable to watch it while I'm sitting in a restaurant.

If you end up deciding to do this, well, good luck to you. I don't think your server will take it well (be prepared that you might be asked to leave, just a forewarning). And eating from a bowl? Well, it's very difficult to do elegantly. Especially since it sounds like you've never done it before. Practice in front of a mirror? And hope for the best? Or just accept the fact that kittens can be messy, it happens.

I agree with the public sentiments. I'm very kinky, but I don't want to see that when I'm out in public. I know it would make folks I'm around uncomfortable.
Plus, I'd want our first meeting to be to get to know each other, also.

However, for drinks you can try pursing your lips like a kiss. You're going to have to gain some neck control because you want to just lightly let your lips touch the liquid, then draw it up into your mouth. You 'll have to follow as the liquid empties so you don't end up getting a slurping sound.
As for eating, learn to use your tongue to lap up your food. You'll have to eat slowly and with small bites to maintain any sort of "elegance". I suggest eating a snack before you go out so that you're not starving by the time dinner arrives.

Red flag here as well. I understand 24/7 kitten play, seeing as that is what I do. Though, eating from a bowl at a restaurant is a little odd. Not to mention, if this is your first time meeting the person, they already seem out of sorts and too controlling. Master doesn't even make me eat/drink from one, though I do have to wear my ears and tail all the time, even in public.

Good luck I guess though...
