im trying to find somewhere i can buy black d rings and d&o rings, buckels as well but cant find anywhere, anyone on here have any idea? thanks x

I dont know if they sell them separately, but http://collarfactory.com/ lets you opt for black rings on their collars when you customize.

i know a lot of craft stores have d-rings. i favor joann's, but hobby lobby works too.
