*sniffles* One of our beloved kittens has had a set back.  A pair of kitten print undies has gone missing.  Your fiend, err friend and mine janet has misplaced a new pair of kitten print undies, and needs our support and comfort during this very trying time. *more sniffles*

Oh sure we all know that janet is a very mischievous, perhaps even somewhat bratty kitten.  And yes, lately she has been even more of a troublemaker, but she's misplaced undies.  This has tragic written all over it.  I can only imagine the heartbreak dear, sweet janet feels. *more sniffles*

Did anyone notice janet's pain?  Did anyone notice a forlorn kitten wondering the streets, going from shop to shop in a valiant effort to replace the misplaced undies?
Shame on us.  *stern glances all around*

It is believed the undies may have gone into the 'abducted by the dryer' region we all fear.  Their safe return, as I imagine you have already surmised, is very doubtful.

Won't everyone please join with me in offering condolences, sympathy, and best wishes to our fiend, err friend janet, on her misplaced kitten print undies.

Not the kitten prints!!!!!!! Are you sure it wasn't the kittens? I have a bra thief, pantie thief, and sock thief (they all seem to have their preference) you can't misplace your kitten print it is a crime above all!!!! open the dryer up and check the sareas where things go!!!!!

Anyway, I think the lingerie gods took pity on me, because they marked the 60$ corset I've been eyeing for months down to 10$. If I hadn't lost my kitty print undies, I wouldn't have been madly combing through lingerie stores and I wouldn't have noticed!

*giggles* @LostKitten, it was from La Vie en Rose, if you have some in your neck of the woods. Basic corset with hooks in the front and laces in the back. It's shiiiiny, although this crappy cell phone camera photo totally doesn't show that. I got the second-to-last black one at the location I was at but they had plenty of white ones.

Wow, the shadows in this photo are epic. *pounces on shadows*

Heh *blushes* Thank you.

The corset, of course, does have the unfortunate side effect that when you put it on, your head disappears. May be why it was marked down actually...

@knavery: Thank you :D It's very simple, but I already have a few others that are more or less ostentatious (frills, coloured ribbon, bright fluorescent pink, etc.) so I wanted a simple, class one.

@LostKitten: I meant more that this PARTICULAR model makes you lose your head.
