There's nothing wrong with custom made! Or a do it yourself. I myself want a fluffy and soft tail, and what I have in mind, I haven't seen anywhere. So I know I'm gonna have to make my own, which will have to wait until I have the time and the resources. And this kitty is picky about everything, from her clothes, her look, what she eats, reads, play with; the list goes on. I like having what I know I'll like. Doesn't mean I'm gonna be a snob and never get anything cheap, just that I like what I like so I'll get what I like, no matter the cost, it's just a matter or when! *Grins* If any of that made since. Kitty is tired =^.^=

I tend to be picky. Tight budget and allergies to a lot of products (specifically furs and metals) prevent me from getting a lot of the things I would like. :(

i can't afford to be too picky... but i'm so thrilled with being able to make my own. i made my own tail, i made my ear hat... and my collar and warm-weather ears were made by a friend of mine. they've all got some personal meaning, and i like that more than having to buy everything, even though sometimes (oftentimes) the stuff you can buy looks so much better. so really, it comes down to a choice between perfection and personality--for me, personality wins every time!

I'm veeeeeeeeeerrry picky. I have ears and a tail but I pretty much hate the tail. The ears are okay, but I know how I'd change 'em to make 'em better. And I have an exact mental image of the tail I'd like, but all the ones I see in real life are so cylindrical and funny looking.

i bought my clip on ears on etsy, they're brown with white tips then i bought fur material to suit the colours and made my own tail ^^ tails are easy

the ears from etsy are really good, im picky too but I'm happy that i bought it ^^ cost $30.00 AUD for me so $20.00 US

pfft I am not saying that everyone has everything custom made, I am merely stating that I would have things custom made (because of the way I want things to specifically look)

Im not too picky because of my budget but if it doesnt look like a cat tail or ears its rejected from my collection.

no, i'm saying that becouse i'm picky there is litle choise but to have it custom made..

sometimes, on a rare occasion we find something pre-made and buy that, but thats about 1/10 times, other times it's either nothing or custom.

ohhh, I mistunderstood what you were saying :) sorry. but yes I pretty much feel that unless it is up to the standard I set that I would rather go without lol

I'm fairly picky myself, but I'm quick to point out to Master that he's better off this way. Yes, what I want may cost him a bunch, but I'll be SOOOO much happier with ears or a toy than say...diamonds or jewelry. So in the end he's actually saving money on me. He could have found a normal girl to buy expensive things for, but instead he just has a very spoiled kitten. :)

I'm a very picky kitty and Master had to convince me to get the set of ears/tail I have now. It's not because he liked them best, they just didn't cost a lot. I'm really going to have to beg for the next set seeing as I want a special color very badly... a color that isn't online anywhere :(
