personally i prefer a plug for my kitten, means she can wear it in public with skirts and it hangs below XD

i used a training buttplug that someone at work brought me for xmas and attached a black tail with white tip and used some fabric glue, seams to have done the job XD for my new kittie im making her own tail (the one ive got atm was one i just for general playing but now ive a perment kitten i want her to have a new one of her own)

I don't have a tail plug yet but I do use buttplugs on occasion. For getting used to having it in it takes me a few minutes before I feel comfortable walking around with it in. Longest I've ever had it in was around an hour because I get paranoid that some of the lube will leak but that never happens. I have thought about getting a harness but they tend to be expensive. As for in public, I would wear stuff if it was under my clothes but if it was visible idk, would probably need to be forced to by a master XD

I am worried about it leaking also!

kinda worried about stretching too much or harming myself too... I have been reading TONS of sites on insertion, cleaning, time with it in...things like that

so far it seems that the most time it should be in is 5-7 hours? and then to give it time to rest so that it has a chance to relax. can anyone confirm or heard differently?

so I think that since I want to have a tail pretty much ALL the time the best option for me might be to get one of each...and use the plug as much as possible without it being in for too long

this is an embarrassing question, but I have had anal sex and was wondering if the plug is kinda like that? (the insertion is the most uncomfortable part, but once it is in it is a little more comfortable?)

Unless you get a really massive 1 i don't think it will hurt you at all. As for time in, I've heard of people having 1 in for over a day or two. I'm not sure if that's unhealthy tho. Also if you get one that isn't really huge you should be able to stay tight enough that you don't need down time. I don't actually know that, I'm just guessing. As for how it feels, I've found it starts out feeling very different but after a bit its the same as a **** or dildo. Depending on the shape of the base you may end up getting used to it and not even noticing its there. Mine has a wide base so when I stand or walk it pulls on it and feels like its coming out. I'm planning to get another one with a smaller base and make it into a tail plug.

Just a personal preference, but I'd rather have one on a cloth velcro belt (that matches your fur) so you can wear it nude, but still have access without..removing..your..tail...

It's also natural...as a cat's tail doesn't hang out of it's bum!

When I -do- have clothes on, normally my pants are low waisted, so I can still wear the belt under my shirt and have the tail dangling down over my pants >.>

mmmm I think I will try a trainer plug...see how I feel about it...then try the belt one.

and you are right, I might like the belt better just because it looks more natural

As for me, I prefer having my tail on my belt. The link I showed you in the other thread you can make a belt with a ring on the back for a place to hook a tail. You can also use flesh colored elastic to make a waste band to be able to wear you tail when nude. I don't mind plugs but it seems like a tail plug would be weird (havent tried it.) You'd feel fuzzy between your cheeks. x.x;

I like the butt plug tail. Can't wait to get my own new one :) Wearing a belt would annoy me. Oh, and I love having things in my ass. It doesn't feel weird once you get used to it. x

An allergy to any of the animals used could be a problem in itself. I'm allergic to horses so the tails on that link would be a definite no-no for me.

I'm just curious.. I know you can clean the plug easily, but how would you clean the fur? (especially the parts around the plug) *ocd about being clean*

to be fair about the cleaning though...if you are naked doesnt a belt tail lay down the ...crack? just thinking maybe you would run into the same problem...correct me if I am wrong though!

No it does not. My tail has a thin wire that runs through it to make it curl up.

In fact, here is a picture of my belt tail.

Don't get me wrong.. I'm not knocking a plug tail. I'm just curious about it.

For cleaning I think water would do the trick. Unless you get into scatplay it shouldn't get too messy to need more than a rinse. Personally I'm hoping to get one with synthetic fur so it can be washed with stronger stuff, but if the plug part of it has even a small base it would stay pretty clean.

My cat likes a plug, usually the small one if she wants to wear her tail in public, its sort of an "Anal or no anal?" Kind of choose, if your answer to the question is yes then you will probably prefer a plug.

i made a belted tail. it's more comfortable for me, considering that i think of that hole as "EXIT ONLY." however, as i'm willing to trying anything at least one, if i can find or make one that i like, or if any future owners can get or make one... yeah, i'd be willing to try it.

in my club, there's a young lady from another chapter who has a tail drawn onto a scrap of fabric strung onto her belt. i think it's a marvellous idea, and it stays out of the way when doing things!

one of my exes was very much into inflation, especially using air or water. long story short, as long as you're not planning on holding in water, and you're only using a plug and lube that's safe for extended use, you should be fine to use it for several hours.

as for cleaning, warm water and some hand-safe soap, rinsed thoroughly and dried. if you make your own, or even just buy one, make sure that everything is safe to be cleaned in water. depending on the materials, if you use the delicate cycle, you miiiiight be able to use the washing machine, but don't take my word for that.

if you have any more concerns about it, yeah, you should probably talk to your lady doctor or a pharmacist.

if you want a really good plug you should try one from Njoy. just google Njoy plugs and you'll find them. they are the most comfortable that i've ever found, and they have a convienent loop to attach a tail too. they are stainless steel, so they are ultra slick, go in and out with minimal lube, the base is thin so they are very comfortable to wear long term. by far the most comfortable we've ever tried. i highly recommend one if you want to wear a plug for extended periods of time.

they are a little pricey, but worth every penny i promise!

i own one of those actually. the medium sized ones. it works very well and stays in with little slippage. it just looks sexy too if you ask me!

i hope you get to get one! i know you'll love it! i'm going to buy one just for my kitten to use for her tail. i know it will drive her crazy hehe.

From the owner's perspective a plug-in is the way to go. Much swishier and natural action. A wire inside can give a flip up. Plus you know that kitty is constantly aware that something is back there, slightly stimulated and aware of her special "body part".

As far as length of time in place...overnight is readily achieved after some experience. Out in public, a short tail on a plug is just what kitty needs to feel special.

And as far as "access" goes, well, lets just say, both Master and kitty are -in my experience - very happy to have that plug-in tail in place. Oh, yes.

I haven's seen that NJoy plug, but it looks great. Long-wear capable, cleanable and has a weight/shape that should feel great. Lucky kitty. Lucky Master.

alright, i have like zero experience personally, but my Kitten has talked about this several times with me. She uses a plug and from what I have understood, wears it almost constantly. So it should be possible to wear plugs for extended periods of time.

I am definitely going for a plug both cause I'll have more movement from my tail and because I will be more aware of people playing with it. I was thinking of getting some of my clothes fitted with a tail hole for outside use. But I can't imagine a belt looking as fun on the videos. I might get a belt though for the threesome times (thinking....) I am going to need a lot of toys.
