Hi everybody! Joli Minou, here~ I just moved and have been having issues with the net, hence why I haven't been around for a while. >.< But I finally figured out the problem and should be back sometime by the end of the month. xD In the meantime, I tend to get online here at the local library as often as possible.
Hope everyone is doing well! Miss you all! Also, I am totally going to play the Cheshire Cat in a local production of Alice in Wonderland!!! EEEEE! More details on that later, though. x3
No, no. I have just been using the local library's internet lately and it won't accept the cookies needed for me to log in apparently, and I can't go in and change it. -_- Blah. Lol.
I do find it funny that this site isn't blocked like it probably should be, though. *snicker*
@Delhome: Not a fan of le Alice, are we? xD
@Janet: Oh, yes! Peektures will be in abundance as soon as everything gets underway! =D
@tigren: Haha! I'd love to be perched in a tree, but I don't know if we're gonna be able to do that on stage. Also, I'm not exactly the most graceful creature on the face of the earth. x3 But we'll see!

Ok, waaaaaaaay back in high school we were doing a run of Midsummer Night's Dream and built a tree specifically for Puck to sit in and run up the side of. Also did similar stuffs in college for various productions.
Very easy to do...recessed areas in the trunk for your footies. Have the carpenters make one branch out in front using a 4x4 post and they can counterbalance with a metric assload of stage weights on the other side, maybe even a u-bolt to hold it in place...now with a little padding, you've got a branch you can stretch out on all Cheshire Cat-like.
Joli, which posts did you want nuked? I'll get them for you. Is it the two from "A Nonny Moose?"
LOL nevermind, Captain R-tard here figured it out.

are you going to be the traditional Disney cheshire or the awesome & scary McGee Cheshire? (not that the traditional cheshire isn't awesome in his own way)
Bet ya'll can guess which one I'm partial to *big cheshire grin*
