To answer your question as to how you should train yourself to get as far as us...there's no answer! I don't think any of us here are "better" or "worse" kitties than any others. We're all just different! You're just as far as any of us and all you needed to do to get there was say, "I like being a kitty."

Think of cats in real life. There are some who are almost dog-like, who'll fetch and do tricks and obey, and there are some who'll scratch your eyes out if you suggest they do anything other than lounge around basking in sunlight all day.

Personally, I'm a naughty kitty. If you want to get where I am, I'd suggest practicing your curtain-ripping, Ming-vase-breaking, taking-up-all-the-blankets and sassing-back techniques. There are other kitties on the forum who are a lot more obedient, who might depend on their owner to make choices for them, to support them financially, to groom them, even, in return for unquestioning kitty obedience. Perhaps you'll identify more with me, perhaps more with them.

In the end, you and (possibly) your owner will decide what kind of kitty behavior works for you. The only common denominator required to be a really good kitty, I think, is just to be a good human being.

i think i'm a kitty that likes to play with its tiny ball in its room and as i said before i'm a kitty that loves to crawl on the floor all day long, especially for its warm milk. you have to know, that living on my paws [i hope that's the correct english word] is the most wonderful thing i can imagine ... unfortunately i don't have an owner because i would love it to be stroked very much, but also to be punished if i don't meet my owners expectations.

Welcome to the forum!  I'm new here myself, and you and I sound pretty similar in our needs as male kittens, except that you're looking for an internet relationship, and I'm looking for a real-life one.  I therefore extend a friendly paw to you and hope the best for you! ^_^
