Hey there. I'm Damien. I can't really identify myself as a kitten, but that's just about the closest anyone's going to get to what I consider to be my true self (great, I already sound like a whacko). That's a long story involving my ridiculous imagination and my inability (so everyone tells me) to distinguish between reality and fantasy--something that I call everyone else's inability to entertain unfamiliar but perfectly reasonable ideas.

So. Thought I'd say hello and sniff about. I'll probably lurk quite a bit before saying anything, as is my custom, unfashionably shy thing that I am.

I'm very curious to know what animal you better feel suits you, fantasy or real. There's nothing wrong with a healthy imagination. I live in a fantasy world...reality just gets too dull after awhile =^.^=

Wow, everyone sure is friendly here! It's been a long time since I've socialised, but I think it might be a bit too easy here. =P

As far as my inner self is concerned, it's a bit of a long story, involving aliens and sidhe and other such fun things. It's a race that either I invented or I remember from some other time/life, I honestly can't tell which, but I sure am taking you up on saying it doesn't matter how I sound, eh? giggle.gif

By they way, Joli Minou, I dig the Acorna reference in your signature. Love that series. Good quote, too.

But I totally meant it when I said you're free to be open and honest here! And as you can see, we're all very interested in what you have to say. *nod nod* (Nevermind the weird, cult-y feel to that statement. *gigglesnort*)
