Yes. I recently joined a small association, which was once called "The Society of Philosophical Minds", now known only as "The Society". A fun place, where we discuss, what else? philosophy. I'd like to introduce some of that here. Keep it civil, and have fun.
On the nature of the universe. I personally believe in a mostly "Chaos theory" idea. Based on the hundreds of billions of planets in the millions of galaxies, and possibly even multiple universes, I have come to believe that life is essentially random. This planet holds no true significance, besides that it happened to be in the right place at the right time etc. etc. and support this type of life. Of course, this means that a few other planets out there may support a similar, or even completely different form of life, again...by coincidence.
