Fox play - simulated pony/puppy hunts?

So as some of you may know, it is a frequent thing for pony girls/boys/owners to hold "hunting" events along with puppy play owners.
These hunts are simulated fox hunts, during which, one girl or boy is dressed as a fox, with plug etc, and let out to run (usually off into a wood) , while the pony girls/boys ride with their owners to find them, and the puppy girls/boys run ahead chasing the fox.
My question is, would you play the fox?

I've always found it to be a fun role (if not a little breathless ) but is there any place for fox-play outside of these hunts/events?

Well, I will always try something at least once. :)

Being a fox seems like so much fun! :D I mean, as a kitty I am very playful and full of energy. I bet I'd love it. But not on a permanant basis. I think it would be fun now and then. But I love being a kitty. ^_^

I think I would be the fox. but the question stands from kittyboymuffin: what happens when your caught. I had a thought, can there be another fox to keep me company? ;)

in a normal fox hunt you shoot the fox. but i dont think that happens here lol.

Depends on what 'weapons and ammo' they use to hunt. If it just hurts a bit I would love to be the fox. There is some little massochist in me.

lol, it really is ^-^ I like it, I for some reason have a lot of new energy, I'm playing outside more and I think I'm getting better. Maybe it's the sun being out more *shrugs* But I like it! In a couple weeks I'm going to order my ears and tail. I was just going to either mod my cat ears and tail or completely make new ones, but I can't find the right colour fur, so I have to order them.

Can we see pictures when you order them? Either off the ordering site or of the goods when you receive them? Pretty please? My ex and I experimented a teensy bit with fox play, but we never found anything tail-y or ear-y that looked even half right.

Heh, ok. New fluffy stuff can be incredibly distracting, but moving past that and back to more serious stuff: I hope you'll stick around us kittens, even if you've crossed over to ye olde canine dark side. A-and I hope...*blush* I feel really forward and out of bounds saying this but...I hope the feeling of "OOH, NEW FLUFFY STUFF" doesn't distract *you* from the fact that, kitten or fox, it continues to be your right to get all the love and affection you need from a master.

But they are all sold out. I tried looking at all of the fabric stores around me to see if they had the right colour fur so I could just make them myself, but no luck, I did find black, white and brown, but not red-brown. *sighs* So I got to thinking *thinking* hey! I live in the cold, why don't I just become a arctic fox! Not exactly in the arctic, but it was -10 the other day! And they are all white! I can just go buy the white faux fur and make my own! So that's what I'm going to do, I might just use the pink fleece that I have left over from making my kitty ears as the inside of the fox ears! I will be sure to post all of my pictures here and on the site.

Speaking of sites, do you think I should include all of my fox stuff on my kitten site? I plan to keep my kitten site as I may faulter back and fourth, or should I just make a new site for my fox things and keep everything seperate? I kind of want to keep them seperate, but it would be easy to maintain just one site. *sighs* I have no idea, I think I may just make another site so people don't get confused.
