*rolling eyes in embarrassment* yes, I now see the difficulty of a road trip. got excited and well I wasn't thinking straight. I get diverted so easily. hey is that a ball-gag
The Osaka pictures are great. Thanks Sui Juris Cattus.
Yes, the Fishie is from a sushi place but I never did figure out the name. It's in the Akasaka district. I had to write M13 on my hand every morning to remember the subway stop to get back to hotel and this sushi place became a 'marker'. I'm bad with directions.
For lucky MastersKitten planning a trip - Tokyo is SOOOOO much fun. Bring your ears, tails, and outfits to wear while you prance around Harajuku. Lots of kittens, and maids and such on the streets.
My favorite reality show "I Survived A Japanese Gameshow" is back on TV this week. Check it out. It's a fun glimpse into Tokyo.
*taking reallllyyyy deep breath* *practicing holding breath for long road trip across Pacific*
I am *ALSO* going in two years!! I just received an invitation to the Independence/Higashimurayama Sister City 30th anniversary celebration in Higashimurayama!! Hot diggity! I'm really excited about going back :)

It's just a harmless blow fish. No worries there. Sure you may die if it's not prepared properly but sometimes you just have to play kitten and mouse with your food.
Japan is wonderful and I can't wait to go back!!! Ura-Hara was fun for seeing outfits and clothes to buy, but most of the cat stuff I found was in Akihabara. There are a lot of cosplay districts in Toukyou. We should plan a group event and storm Ura-Hara with kittens!!!!!
One of the most entertaining things I saw in Ura-Hara was a boy being dragged into the area in a sweet lolita outfit. He so obviously didn't plan on the trip!!!! hehehe *lick*
I have pictures but they are mainly nature pictures. Two side notes for the pics, first is that I only very recently embraced my kitty habits so I was still a closet kitty during this trip. Second is that the pictures of the bathroom are for what they were like, the tub was so deep and comfortable and the water was so nice. And Japanese hotels now have super toilets!!!!! all the buttons are for the water sprays to clean you afterwards. The pink button washes your front and the blue button washes your back, and they have temperature and pressure controls. The guys on the trip were not very pleasedd with the technology but needless to say those buttons were quickly my new favorite toy!!! (eventually going to afford my own super toilet) https://s7.photobucket.com/albums/y258/lilithpride/Japan%20Trip/
Sadly I did not make it to Sanrio Puroland.......... but yay me for being the only person in the group including the Japanese members to actually speak Japanese!!!! I managed to get special off hours to the onsen (since I'm not really able to go in either side.... Europeans will pay!!!!!) I would like to plan for a larger trip, but my current kitty funds are way too low and $3,000 was a lot of money.
