A virtual Master of Mistress?

A few months ago I discoverd a program on the internet. It is called CyberMistress. Created for people who can not find or do not dare to find their own Master or Mistress. It includes allmost very aspect of the BDSM.

I would love to see that the program could be used for kitten and maybe other forms of petplay. I even might be able to do the scriptwriting, but that would mean tonloads of work. But maybe if we sit together with some people, sharing knowledge about petplay we can create Cybermistress its own petplay version.

Now I am just curious if there are people who would like to have such a program. And if their are people willing to help creating such a version?

I'm just curious to know how something like that would work mostly. What does the Cybermaster/mistress thing do?

First of all it will give you a set of rules you have to stick to.
Second Cybermistress will hand out assingments on the daily bases.
On top of that it has routines or scenario's. Ones you can play while using the program. Like playing with a real Master or Mistress.

Besides these three major things it can control your orgasme, daily things like watching telly, going out, wearing clothes, food and even some more. You can confess when you broke a rule, ask permission for things Cybermistress controls.

It also gives you the opportunity to write reports, negotiate punishments and you will have to checkbox all clothes and toys you have.

With some adjustments and new content I think it could be used for petplay as well.

This sounds like an idea from somebody who hasn't heard of SecondLife. I know, its not perfect, but you can find or make just about everything related to cyber petplay.

Questions you are going to ask: Its free to play and download.
There are both over and under 18 areas.
You can own land, go to other's public land.
There are already BDSM places.
The typical internet and BDSM and D/s idiots still exist there, just like everywhere else.

CM (Cybermistress) is more suiteble for people who are a little afraid to go really online or just can't find somebody to play with ;) Works a little different then Second life I suppose :P

I guess I don't really understand what the "really go online" part means. The beauty of SL is that you can be whatever or whoever you want. Create a role totally different than your real self and lose yourself if you really want to.

I guess since there isn't anything to install, and maybe less time involved it can be something.

 

edit: nevermind, there is something to install with cybermistress... and a place for a picture.

1 thing about CM is it may be more customizable. In second life you have to find someone who is into the same things as you while a program will dominate you however you like.

That is possible. But it is just too much work for one man to customize everything to kitten or pet play.

I guess there are people who are interested, looking at the vote at the top of the thread but...I'm kind of hoping one of those people will come out of the woodwork and explain why. What's the point of following totally arbitrary orders, that won't even make someone else happy, which aren't customized to you in any way (so you may end up getting all these orders which are hard limits to you), and which the program has absolutely no way of enforcing?

Well that is not totally true. The program contains an interview which ask's you about hard limits. When you fill them in those things won't be asked from you. Besides it is possible to write your own routines and even adjust ones other people made. If you check out the website, you will find out that there is a lot of customized content. In all honesty, it will take some time to adjust or write your own routines, but it can be worth all the effort. And if you make new routines you can share them with other peopele.

Maybe you do not make someone else happy, but for those who do not have an owner or are just to shy to find one. It could be a alternative to still be a kitty, puppy, pony or any other pet. And let's be honest. You use the program voluntairy. If something is too much for you or just a hard limit. The program is not forcing you to do it. It is your own choise. Besides, what is the use in using the program if you are not obeying all things (within your limits) that are asked from you? I sure hell know I would follow up anything within my limits. Even if it is not something i totally enjoy.

*grins* I guess I'm just too lazy/bratty. If a program told me to do something that I didn't like, or even just something that simply bored me, I wouldn't do it. But then...heh, I barely obeyed my Miss, when I had one.

I think the virtual Master/Mistress program is just a neat idea, I can't help but want to see how it actually works!


But, as it were, not all of us use Second Life... 

For one, it won't work on my computer because apparently this ancient piece of crap doesn't have the right requirements, and what does work is extremely, retardedly SLOOOOW. Lol >.<

And plus, even if I could use it, Sir hates it (lol), as he does anything that's remotely similar. (The SIMS, World of Warcraft, etc.) So he refuses to ever make an account. :\

I tried it over the past few days. Its ok but it could use some improvement. The basic program isn't very customizable and the addons dont autoupdate and have alot of bugs. I do think it has a lot of potential so if you like to be dominated check it out.

I'm really not sure about the idea of a computerized dom. I'm just not comfortable with the idea of having my life ruled by technology anymore then it is now.

It is true there are some bugs around the program. Therefore it needs to be updated on regular bases. Quite some work. The routines you can download contain loads op bugs. Most of the time just sloppy mistakes you can fix easily yourself.

About the customization of the basic program. It is possible. But that does mean you need re-write all basic things like punishments, items, clothes, permissions and all that stuff. That is possible. It is even possible to select another mistrees (or master). That is not so much the point. But if there is a real group people whom would like it, you need to customize it with a bunch off people. Otherwise it will take a few months to complete it.

Hmm I shure could help you... Though I don't know cyber mistress very well... I prefere virtual master. It's much easier to customize I already programmed a sort of pet play master/mistress but it's customized on me xD so if any of you would be interested in something like that just PM me i'll customize it for you and send it to you. Coming back to cyber mistress xD as I said I would like to help you but I'd need a short introduction to CM^^
