So I will be moving permanently from England to the states in less than 2 weeks! Gotta pack all my stuff :3 very excited, having been waiting a long time for this move!

Hey MissA, I'm hoping to move to New Hampshire when I've finished university. How did you go about getting a visa? How long did it take?

I don't have any family there and it's unlikely I'll marry an American before moving, and the UK doesn't get the green card lottery, so I'll have to get in on the basis of work i.e. either as a "professional" or "exceptional professional" depending on whether I get my masters before or after I move.
