Just got back from my local hot topic with the black and red ears, as well as the purple kitty kit...which by the way is soooo cute (thank you imissmanny for the heads up about those!).
I will say though....the clip-on ones aren't as great as they look on the hot topic site. I have some rather curly hair, so the clips just kinda got lost in it all =O.o= they're so small!
But the headband one...love it! I just wish they had different colors too =^.^=

I am in total agreement with my kitty on this one. The clip-on ears are just over an inch square, while the purple 'kit' is much cuter.

She might not know it at the moment, but I definitely want to see them later on tonight. Shhh don't tell her!

i went and got the red clip ones too but i was kinda disappointed. for some reason, i guess from the picture, i expected them to stand up, but they really are just clips. they lay flat against your head.

*Nods* I expected that as well, though I think that if you fold it over enough it'll stand eventually *shrugs*. I'll still wear it...but probably only on the few occasions when I straighten my hair, or else, you can't really see them because of my curls =^.^=

I have a pair of clip-on black cat ears from Hot Topic. THey're okay...they don't stay in my hair like I want them to, but I do some pretty rough scenes (since I'm a wild Kat, take down scenes, and wild-Kat-in-a-cage scenes are the best). They'd probably stay all right for a domestic Kat.
