Hi guys.

Ok, so I am getting married in about a month.  I have a really cheap and not so cute pair of ears right now which I got for about $2.00 at I don't remember where a long time ago.

I've had to use these ears since I shaved my head, since my clip in ones obviously had no hair to clip into.

I plan to buy a nicer set of ears for my wedding.  I am trying to decide between two pair of cosworx ears right now, but I am wondering what they are mounted on.  I have not seen any pictures which give a good example of this.  Is it a headband?  An elastic?  Since I am bald, I want to make sure it will work for me.  I also want to make sure there aren't a million strings coming off of my head.  (I had a pair of ears which you needed to tie on at one point..)

My kitty has a pair you tie under your chin thats made of monofilament fishing line, from any distance and in photos it's invisable. Congradulations.

My kitten had a pair with an elastic band. If you are wearing any sort of head dress then maybe you could connect the ears right to that.

Ooh, that's a really cool idea.  This is going to be a very informal and small wedding with no frills though, so no head dress.

The Coxworx ears come on an elastic band, but you can probably take 'em off and put 'em on whatever like.

What about theatrical make-up adhesive.. No strings or ties.. so if you have your head shaved the visual will be uninterrupted. :)

I'm sure the base of the ears could be modified to give a large enough/smooth contact surface.

Welcome Miss Mew! That is a really good idea! Hopefully the ears have a flat surface, and are rigid enough to work with that.

i used to do live action roleplays and i used spirit gum for the elven eartips. it last quite awhile, wore the eartips for 4 days straight without them falling off even with the sweating from the hot summer sun.

Does anyone know why Cosworx no longer sells or even seems to make the kitty ears? Mst of the alternate sites that carried them still at least have the pictures up but zero availability.
