What is the difference between "Off Topic aka the coffee lounge" and "Crazy Kittens"? To me they are both the same thing -an off-topic thread-. Shouldn't one of them be deleted?

Well, I guess right now they are both being used the same way.  But I think MissA intended to use the crazy kittens forum as a place for people to spam if they felt the need.

And I didn't vote because I don't think you're a moron. ;)

On another forum I frequent, we have two sub-forums similar to the two here. The "Community Chat" is used for subjects which are off-topic of the forums original purpose but aren't pointless and random, and the "Spam Zone" is used for forum games and silly topics that aren't related to anything. So it seems like the same as what's going on here.

Does that make sense?

Seems to me that all the serious, non-kitty conversations are occuring in here, while the zaney, goofy, off-the-wall comments are mainly in the Crazy Kitten area.

They seem different to me.

Off topic is stuff that does not have to do with kitten play, like what books people enjoy, what their name means....

Crazy kitten has a bunch of random kitten stuff that does not realy relate to kitten play, Cat Haiku, Hello Kitty, Sealife..., but is just fun.

Ok. I see your point :) thank you for correcting me this is the "serious" thread, whereas crazy kittens is for everything!
