She's copied Ms. A's site almost exactly, but just changed the words, I mean...

come on...

Sister site or not, that's ridiculous.

If they have MissAs permission thats ok, but if not its pretty sad that not only do they use her pictures, but when you click on the thumbnails its just a link to this site. That will eat up MissAs band width.

I just noticed they also had the nerve to put a copyright on the bottom of each page.

on the site, it uses many images I recognise from the kittenplay.net website, including pictures of you, have you agreed with "kittyplay" that she can advertise her website and use your work?

I knew she'd come here eventually, all that girl does is spam her f-ing site (which is basically a copied version of my site) everywhere she goes, at first I was ok with it, thought it was sweet, then she started spamming it on my youtube channel, spamming it on my web on sites related to me, spamming it on my art site, changing the wikipedia entry, removing my website and replacing it with hers, and now spamming it on my forum, so sick of it, but what can I do?

Any Ideas how to help Miss.A?

Miss A already banned her from the Forum.

Very little, except threaten to get the authorities involved with her stealing Miss A's photo's/videos. I'd like ot believe stealing someone's likeness is frowned on.

if kittenplay is copyrighted then the authoritories (i dont know which authoritories though) can get involved because of copyright laws seeing as MissA never gave permission for her to use the pics, and she hasnt linked back to the site

I'm working on trying to help Ms. A, watermark all her photos, and I know there is some script somewhere, that can make one unable to view the page source of a particular site, I just have to find it again...

I've been emailing her back and forth, seems to be resolved now, to be honest I have known about this site for several months, and at first I was ok with her using the images/videos as she just seemed to be making her way in the world of the interwebs. But the blatant copying was a little too much followed by all the spamming on every other site I own.
What angered me a little was in the email she just sent me she said the text was that the website was 100% original and that if anything, i'd copied her because she had a forum first?
*sigh* I should of just spoken up when she was first using the stuff. I just want this thing to end, I just emailed her again and said I would not be asking again but would simply like all my images/videos removed from her site and that is all, and then wished her all the best of luck with her site in the future.
