i was just wondering if anyone knew of a good site to purchase collars from? my Master and i are looking for a nicer one to where out in public and other occasions
I have a collar with an oversized bell on the front, got it from a halloween costume off ebay. Haven't been able to find it again yet. I'll keep trying. :}
some pet shops do collars in different sizes it'll say on the tag what size it will fit, or try market stalls - they tend to have longer length cat collars

i think i've found something like that that i'm considering getting. i found it at...https://www.lolita-kisama.com/shop/product_info.php?cPath=134_324&products_id=2467
:) happy to help leopardess. and i agree with Mynx, they have some very nice stuff. I found the site randomly even though it was exactly what i was searching for on google and such *sighs* that is my only problem with shopping online, it's so hard to easily find what i need. Most of the good sites i've found were completely at random and usually completely unrelated to what i was doing.
I've yet to collar anyone, I was in the process of getting my first collar ready for my first sub but...*waves it away*.
Anyhow, I've always found that custom-creating a collar is a really personal, and wonderful event. Though perhaps my view on collaring is a bit different to some. When in the process of making one, I draw up designs, then ask around local jewelry and gem places, show the design, check out custom-collar creating websites, like mentioned above. I belive it varies from sub to sub, kitten to kitten. But the ones you've shown are quite nice, I'll have to check out most of those places ^ ^.
Going on from what Morhion said, I have to agree that custom collars are by far much much better than ones that you buy from a pet shop! They are much more sentimental, and to me, thats what a collar should be, a loving symbol of power exchange.
However, I am pretty awful with my hands... I mean at making things! So I think http://collarfactory.com/ is an amazing site, you can fully customize any size, shape, fabric, lining and fittings of collars and cuffs :)
Custom collars are definitely the way to go, you can even get a local jeweler to pretty much make any style you want (if you are afraid to say it's for your slave, just say it's for a large dog ;p ), here is an image of an ornate gold kitty collar with bell that my Master had crafted for me.
