Hmm, the little questionnaire doesn't exactly work out for us owner-type people, so I'll just sort of mimic it.

Type of pet owner you are: The loving, gentle, kind, but strict and demand ing type.  Intelligent, slightly geek, responsible, fun loving, mature, but not old (31). Super tall! 

I've owned one girl before, she was a kitty.  Well, I've also owned a real cat, she's a stray missing half her tail I adopted, but I doubt you want to know about that.

In general, I found myself most happy when she was at my feet, curled up in front of her laptop, doing her college homework or playing WoW while I read, petting her hair, used my own computer, or just peeked over her shoulder to make sure the homework came first and the games came second. :)

Do you have an pet:  No, but I would like to, and I have had one.  I am seeing a girl now who has pet-like tendencies, and I actually came back to the site to see how Isabella did her ears, because I was thinking of getting her some.  I was very pleasently surprised to see that it had been remodelled, after seeing it lapse for so long!   Go Isabella, keep the place up, we need a spot like this.

What got you interested in petplay:  Mmm, lots of things? 
   
    I was very into Anime as a teen, and there are a lot of catgirls in Japanese manga/anime.  As soon as I hit college and started exploring, both the net and relationship-wise, I realized I was Dom, and loved the idea of having that sort of power exchange relationship.  Except, thinking about it, I didn't want a slave girl.  I didn't want to think of a girl I was with as an object at all!  So in my own mind, I kind of thought of the girl I'd like as a pet - cherished, loved, stroked, cuddled, but watched over, punished if needed, shown how to do things right. 

    Anyway, everything about pet play attracts me - the costuming, the crawling, the non-verbal communication (mewing, in the case of a cat), the tails attached to plugs.
